Hmm yes now we're getting the real expedited experimental experiences I crave without expiration.

It's fully biologically functional arm (albeit having a beating heart).
For healing magic to be practiced on it it has to replicate an actual organ as best is can, which I am assuming requires tendons and ligaments and bones.
Learning how to heal a jelly arm won't help in in learning how to heal an actual wound. So my guess is it tastes like flesh.
Now what pony flesh tastes like that is the question.
