You can add 1 point somewhere and take 3 spread how you see fit, so there's always a end result of -2 overall.

Yeah, the OP explains how this game works. Just update the totals for each affected pony, and then put +1 and -# on the sides of each pony that gained or lost points, then add your flavor of snark to spice it up a little.
